Come and celebrate with us!!!There will be NO 9:30am Mass that Sunday here at St Anthony’s.Can you purchase an extra to donate to someone in need?Our St Anthony's Society of St Vincent de Paul closet is very low on shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, sponges. These are items which cannot be purchased with "food stamps" and yet are very necessary for personal dignity as well as health and hygiene.Our conference members bring these items to our neighbors in need when we do house visits.Consider picking up an extra one or more of these items during your grocery trip this week for our local neighbors in need. You can bring the items to St Anthony's this Sunday or drop them by the parish office Monday-Thursday 8:30am-12:30pm.Thank you in for your generosity towards your neighbors in need.LENTEN STATIONS OF THE CROSS & SOUP SUPPERStations of the Cross will be on the Fridays of Lent at 5:30pm followed by a soup supper in Wilson Hall.March 7th Soup Supper will be hosted by Parish Council.March 14th Stations and Soup Supper will be hosted by the Vietnamese Community.March 21st Soup Supper will be hosted by the Parish Staff.March 28th Soup Supper will be hosted by the Hospitality Committee.April 4th Soup Supper will be hosted by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.April 11th will be our annual Fish Feast with Fr. Brian.
FLEECE DONATIONS —Nina is putting together a craft day with Trinity School. She needs Fleece! If you don’t have any fleece lying around, you are welcome to make a monetary donation —please make it out to St Anthony’s and mark it clearly for craft supplies. If you would like to volunteer to help out you can contact the Parish Office, 509-327-1162 and your information will be forwarded onto Nina and she will be in touch with you.MARK YOUR CALENDAR —We will have an parish breakfast after the 9:30am Mass on Sunday, March 9th. This also happens to be Daylight Savings Sunday—don’t forget to spring ahead on the 9th. Breakfast will be pancakes with sausage and it will be free—you are welcome to make a donation. We look forward to seeing you all at breakfast on Sunday, March 9th after the 9:30am Mass.MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE!—We are in need of people who would like to play at the weekend Masses. You don’t need to be a professional musician you can just love to make a joyful noise to the Lord! We need pianists, organists, and guitarists. It can be as often or as little as you like. Every First Sunday of the month bring shelf-stable foods for our neighbors in need. There will be a donation box available in Wilson Hall.
Bring your donation down before or after Mass on the First Sunday of the month and place it in the box.
